A little late

An update that is well overdue on what happened with my clippers. So I contacted Wahl about the problem via their website and then received a response the very next day. The response stated their apologies and let me know they were sending out the replacement part the next day. The next time I got to to my mail the part was there as promised. Upon examing the part I noticed it was redesigned in such a way as to keep my problem from occurring again. My kudos to Wahl for their excellent customer service. Please consider Wahl as a great company to do business with as I do....Thanks and till next time....Jimbo
